Refund & Cancellation Policy – Angel International Tours

Angel International Tours is committed to offering a reliable and professional travel experience, but certain services come with strict refund and cancellation conditions. Visa service fees become completely non-refundable once the application is submitted to immigration authorities, regardless of approval or rejection. Immigration decisions are final, and the company cannot influence or guarantee processing outcomes.

Refunds for flight tickets depend entirely on airline rules, and cancellation charges or fare differences may apply as per the airline’s policies. For tour packages, cancellations made in advance may qualify for partial refunds only if hotels, transport, and attraction tickets have not yet been fully confirmed. Cancellations closer to the travel date usually cannot be refunded because most arrangements are pre-booked and paid for in advance on behalf of the customer.

Customers who fail to appear for scheduled tours, hotel check-ins, airport transfers, or flights will not be eligible for any refund. Refund processing timelines vary based on third-party partners such as airlines and hotels. Angel International Tours will support customers throughout the process, but the final refund decision and timeline depend on external service providers.
